Shipping policy

We ship out orders within 5-7 business days of purchase, during normal business hours although shipping times may vary. Due to an increase in volume during the holiday season, some orders may take 10-14 days to ship.

All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Each order will indicate the shipping cost(s) associated with that particular order upon checkout. Because we are located in the United States, International shipping will cost more.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, depending on the country. Cyberspace Shop is not responsible for customs fees. We suggest that the buyer makes themselves familiar with local customs fees prior to ordering internationally.

Please confirm that the shipping information within your order is updated and correct prior to purchasing. Notify us immediately upon checkout if your shipping address is incorrect and you need to change it. The address given during checkout is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Once a package is marked as shipped and is in the USPS system, Cyberspace shop has NO CONTROL over shipping arrival times.
