We ship out most orders within 7-10 business days from the purchase date, although shipping times may vary. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address used for placing the order. Orders will ship via USPS from California. Delivery time is dependent on the courier. We do not offer order cancellations at this time. All sales are final.

All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless noted otherwise. Each item will indicate the shipping cost(s) associated with that particular item upon checkout. We currently offer FREE US shipping over $60. Our current shipping rates are $4.95 flat rate to the US, $14.95 flat rate to Canada/Mexico and $19.95 & up to any other country (or planet). All prices listed are in USD. 

Because we are located in the United States, international shipping will cost more. International orders may be subject to customs fees, depending on the country. Cyberspace Shop is not responsible for customs fees. We suggest that the buyer makes themselves familiar with local customs fees prior to ordering internationally.

Please confirm that the shipping address within your order is correct prior to purchasing. Notify us immediately upon checkout if your shipping address is incorrect and you need to change it. The address given during checkout is the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

Once a package is in the possession of USPS, Cyberspace Shop has no control over shipping arrival times. You may reference the shipping notification email for tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
